Energy conservation is a very important goal in our day to day business. We strive to reduce our energy demand and consumption in every aspect of our business, whether it is in our daily operations or designing the energy efficiency of our projects. One of our areas of expertise is Home Performance with ENERGY STAR®. Home Performance assessments are extensive energy assessments on existing homes that help us determine the most cost effective and energy effective upgrades. The improvements we make to Portland’s existing homes not only increases comfort, improves indoor air quality, but may also have significant cost saving benefits.

Many improvements we undertake for our clients are eligible for Federal tax incentives and Cash Incentives from Energy Trust of Oregon. We help our clients with any paperwork necessary to apply for ETO incentives as it can be a daunting task.
