Custom High Performance Home in Northeast Portland

This home was built on an Insulated concrete form basement foundation with advanced framing on the main and second levels. Radiant concrete floors in the basement, radiant earthen floors on the main, and zonal electric radiant heaters on the second level provide a comfortable atmosphere. The home has been designed for the future addition of a rain water harvesting system. The architect was Andre DeBar of DeBar Design. The home was awarded Gold Status by Earth Advantage Institute.
